Description
Role : Hardware Design Engineer
1. Specifically, the person will be expected to work in Simulation Tools and Schematic Design Tools (Altium).
2. He would be involved in the Hardware Development Life Cycle.
3. He has to support for the development of the Embedded Design (Hardware electronics). The Person will be involved in Tear Down analysis of competitor products.
4. He will be directly interacting with EMS vendors for PCB Assembly and Sourcing Electronics Components from vendors.
5. He has to work along with Team size around 3 to 5 Persons maximum. Mostly, He has to handle the electronics Lab.
6. Additionally, He will be involved in Lab maintenance activity and operating the lab equipment for board bring-up activities.
Requirements:
1. The person ideally should be from an embedded product development team.
2. The ability to read and understand schematic diagrams and datasheets for electrical specifications.
3. The person should be familiar with the Electronics components selection process & familiar with different types of components Package.
4. Good knowledge of circuit designing, Circuit simulation, and board bring-up activities.
5. Preferred who is having sound knowledge in Embedded Products and basics of MOSFET, Battery, Op- Amp, Microcontroller, LDOs.
6. Preferred who is familiar with lab equipment like power supplies, function generators, and oscilloscopes.
7. Maintain the equipment in the Lab and carrying out of calibrations activity.
8. Should know communication protocols such as I2C, RS232, and UART & USB Interface.
9. Should have strong knowledge in different power supply topologies such as Boost Converter, LDO & Linear Regulators.
10. Should have knowledge about Batteries ( Li-Ion and Li-Pol) , Protection control module and Battery charger.
