Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Prepare food according to the received order & recommended time frame
  2. Prepare food as per recipes, quality standards, presentation standards & efficiently put away orders.
  3. Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
  4. Ensures that all products are stored properly in the correct location & temperatures at all times.
  5. Responsible to maintain cleanliness, and sanitation at the assigned work area.
  6. Able to operate kitchen equipment like braising pans, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Min Qualification  Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Mgmt

Min 1Yr Exp/ or Fresher
