Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare food according to the received order & recommended time frame
- Prepare food as per recipes, quality standards, presentation standards & efficiently put away orders.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
- Ensures that all products are stored properly in the correct location & temperatures at all times.
- Responsible to maintain cleanliness, and sanitation at the assigned work area.
- Able to operate kitchen equipment like braising pans, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Min Qualification Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Mgmt
Min 1Yr Exp/ or Fresher
