Description
Your new role - challenging and future-oriented
- Familiaritywith industrial Steam Turbines and all types of compressors basic design its components and their auxiliaries.
- Detailedknowledge on industrial Turbine parts including rotor, GBCs, glands,Servomotors , control valves and also all single shaft and centrifugalcompressor internal parts like impellers , gears and their materials.
- Minimum5-6 years of work experience including:
- Incoming Inspection of customermaterial / parts, photography, preparation of report and submission to client
- Reading of Bills of material forturbine parts and compressor parts, reading of drawings and preparation ofrepair instructions in coordination with engineering.
- Creation of material master andpurchase requisition by uploading the drawings in Spiridon in coordination withEngineering and SCM.
- Fundamental experience insupervising the fins replacement on steam turbine rotors and GBCs while the rotatingand stationary blades are in position.
- Knowledge on turbine rotor repairsand GBC repairs like journals repair, seals repair, blades repairs partingplane repair, impellors stacking and de-stacking etc.
- Experience in machines operationaland load planning according to priority on customer need.
- oordination with Sales, BA, Shopfloorteams customers for timely dispatch of completed projects.
- Compilemaintain technical repair reports assist in keeping track offinalized technical reports submission to customer.
- Knowledge on turbine controlvalves, governor and servomotors assemblies, parts and their testing calibration.
- Maintainingof KPIs
- Timeand cost Management:
- Shopfloorteam time booking and managing planned v/s actual time for each activity.
- Minuteproject scheduling and production planning, and performance improvement interms of time and cost.
- Maintainrecords of plan v/s actual costs in terms of material man/machine hours.
- SPIRIDONExperience:
- Preparationof material master for repair material, material requisition from stores forrepair production.
- Creationof purchase requisition for product manufacturing and component repair, incoordination with engineering and supply chain management.
- Understandingof WBS structure, cost allocation and CCM report running.
- EHS:
- MaintainEHS management systems as per company EHS guidelines.
- Maintainthe safety at shop as per EHS compliances.
- ISO:
- Knowledgeon ISO 14001 and 45001and its requirement.
- Familiarwith ISO requirements of service Center and maintaining the documents as percompany requirements

- Youreceived a bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Youare a process-oriented person and have fair amount of understanding of QMS.
- Youhave already gained 5 - 6 years of work experience in repairs of Steam Turbines,compressors, and their auxiliaries.
- Youare familiar with commercial mainly related to turbine and compressor repairs.
- Youhave no restrictions to travel and are prepared to be at site based on needs.
- Youcan handle high pressure situations.
- Youhave expertise working in MS Office (Project, Excel PowerPoint), and SAPto facilitate order execution.
- Youshould have good interpersonal skills.
- Youhave no restrictions to support the team for extended hours while executing theemergency breakdown jobs.
