Department Overview - Assisted Services is a premium matchmaking service to help industrialists, entrepreneurs, celebrities and highly successful professionals find the right match for themselves or their loved ones. This service caters to the who's who of the society who chooses to seek a Relationship Manager's help in finding a suitable match. We have efficient Relationship Managers who find joy and pride in helping our members find their soul mate.
Role Overview : The Relationship Manager/ Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding customer requirements, meeting service metric guidelines, retaining customers, converting prospects and assisting them in finding suitable partners.
Key Responsibilities
*Welcoming the customer on-board and creating a Member Profile.
*Understanding the member choice, expectations and identifying the uniqueness of the Member.
*Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members and creating success stories.
*Maintaining good rapport with the member; providing the right 'Elite' experience and delivering quality service.
*Managing a set customer portfolio with robust follow up
Skills and Competencies
*Excellent command over English language, fluency in the regional language, proactiveness, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity.
*Ability to understand the customer requirements
*Punctuality & Presentation skills
*High Emotional quotient, Persuasion Skills
*Handling HNI Sales
Education and Experience
Graduate in any specialization with a minimum of 2-3 year experience in direct interfacing with the Customer. Experience in Personalized service would be an added advantage.
