Roles and Responsibilities
Role:
1. Channel Sales, Distribution handling & Team handling
2. Should Handle the team and began to generate the revenue by providing a vibrant marketing services
Responsibilities:
To visit the BDE’s & Appoint New Distributors
Co- Ordinate with Primary Sales Members
Responsible for achievement of revenue targets assigned to distributors
To increase the percentage of activating outlets in the market
To achieve the targeted sales with the help of Business Development Executives
Maintaining a quality in sales
To prospect and appoint new distributors to improve and strengthen the infrastructure as per plan in a fixed time frame
Desired Candidate Profile
Criteria:
Candidates should have 2+ Years of experience in Team handling of minimum 7-9 sales executives or distributors
Can consider the candidates currently working as an ASM or TSM
Should be able to speak, English, Hindi and regional languages
Basic computer knowledge/Excel is required
Some Local convenience is preferable
