About the Role

You will work as part of the Middle Office team to support Fixed Income Sales and Trading. You will interact closely with multiples business partners including the Market Risk, Credit Risk and Legal.
 

Responsibilities

• Meeting productivity and quality standards
• Experience in branch banking
• Experience in small team handling
• Should be a process SME
• Follow the policy and procedures.
• Doing regular follow up on the end to end AU review and finalization.
• Ensure observations noted and marked in the document.
• Work as a team to meet/manage teams to meet individual and business goals.
• Providing floor support to the team
• Focus on meeting every day productivity and ensure TAT adherence.
• Timely response to all the email.
• Meeting the quality scores in both internal QC review and SAMI reviews.
• Stakeholder management.
• Back up in leading the team in the absence of Manager.
• Leading the team huddle to discuss different & new scenarios.
• Learning multiple reports, be an expert on those reports.
• Acts as mentor to lower level team members and may assist with their development.
• Provides support for management activities and any other initiatives as needed.
• Expect to meet all policy and procedure in Ethical behavior
• Demonstrate positive attitude and readiness to work in a challenging and dynamic environment.

Essential Qualifications

• Being in the Quality role 2+ years of experience.
• University degree in Business or related discipline.
• Acted as Team Lead
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficient communication skills- oral, verbal and written.

Desired Qualifications

• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, windows and utilize search tools to find information.
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills (like advanced excel, macro, ppt, etc...)
• SharePoint/Tableau/Reporting development knowledge will be an added advantage
• Ability to interact with all levels of an organization.
