Roles and Responsibilities
Good verbal and communication skills For developing, establishing and monitoring quality norms of Spun Lace Non-woven Fabric and quality testing so as to meet customer requirements
Identify the knowledge gaps, process gaps and Language gaps and ensure documentation of the work flow process as per ISO.
Identifies, mnages, and resolves defects during testing cycles leveraging a test management tool (when available).
Candidates should have minimum 1.5 years of experience as a QA in BPO.
