We are hiring for Quality Analysts for one of a Leading E-Commerce Client in Bangalore. Below is a brief Job Description for reference.
Role: Quality analyst
Job Role
- Graduate (from any educational field)
- Minimum 3-years of work experience in contact centers (Experience in customer service field in a contact center) and one year Quality experience as QA
- Fluent in English & Hindi is necessary (additional regional language will be added advantage Gujarati, Marathi, Assamese, Oriya, etc)
- Excellent coaching skills and Understanding of quality methods and tools (TNIs, score calculations, parameters ratings, etc.)
- Basic knowledge about 7 QC tools & basic understanding about problem solving skills (six sigma knowledge will be an added advantage)
Requirement:-
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in quality analyst (call auditing)
2. Language known: - English, Hindi
3. Shift: - Day shift
4. Working days: - 6days
5. Location: - Marathalli embassy tech village
6. Skill required: - call auditing,7 QC tolls knowledge
7. Interview round: - 2 rounds
