We are hiring the Real Estate Professionals who will be required to survey the territory and develop excellent relationships with the Commercial property landlords and corporates. The person should be self driven to maintain excellent relationships with landlords and get property onboard. The candidate will be responsible for collecting the property data and maintaining repository of the same.

Job Responsibility:

• The candidate will be responsible for having a very strong network with commercial spaces in the Chandigarh Region to generate property requirements.
• The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through various activities for Commercial Property requirements.
• The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through various activities like market research/Calling/Marketing activities in offices to know property requirements and conducting client visits.
• Leasing of Commercial/Corporate/Office Spaces
• Experience in both Primary and Secondary Sales
• Experience in Resale, Pre-renting, Pre-sale, Sale-purchase, Fresh booking of Commercial/High rise building/property

Desired Candidate profile:

1. Decent communication skills (verbal and written)
2. Prior Experience in direct sales/Cold calling/Field Job would be preferred.
3. Basic Computer knowledge of MS Office/Word/ Excel.
4. Must have his own conveyance (Two/ Four Wheeler)
