The roles and responsibilities of a Technical agent are...

  • Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root cause of the problem
  • Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
  • Perform a series of actions via Voice process, until they've solved a technical issue
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers
  • Master the use of a helpdesk software.
  • Five days of working in the week with two days rotational off
  • Australian shift timings.
  • Your job will be based out in Sholinganallur-Chennai with Work At Office right from Day 1 of joining.

All of the above tasks can be made easier only if you get familiarized with customer
support software. As a CSR agent, you should be able to quickly pick up the functionalities
of the helpdesk and resolve customer problems in a more streamlined manner.

Required Candidate profile

Any fresher graduate or Post Graduate candidates or experienced from any international BPO/ITES background can apply.

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role would be an added advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues

Ability to honor deadlines, Being the face of your company, your support should be able to honor the companys SLAs and ensure all assigned tickets are resolved well within the deadline.

Flexible for rotational shift, having known that your client base is from Australian thus you should be comfortable doing rotational shift.

Immediate joining would be an added advantage.

You should be convenient with WORK AT OFFICE
