Position Purpose & Description :
To support our rapid growth, we are seeking talented, motivated engineers to join our office in Chandigarh who will be part of a data team delivering reporting solutions to stakeholders to help them continue with their business.
As a Data Analyst, you will be working with business stakeholders to cater to their reporting requirements. To be successful, you must be an excellent team player and self-motivated person who can carry out duties with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities :
- Build dashboards/reports for ad-hoc data analysis using the company's BI platform (Looker)
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis for business insights and recommendation
- Mentor and train Business Team on answering their queries using the company's BI tools
- Act as a liaison between the Business team in US and BI Development team in India office for getting new features added to BI infrastructure for business needs
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Should have scored 70% & above in 10th and 12th grade
- BE degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field
- 2+ years of experience in data, reporting, and analytical problem solving
- Highly proficient in SQL, Data Visualization software (e.g. Looker Sisense, Tableau), and Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively and cohesively with people from multiple departments.
