Description
- Daily Entry of Worker in log Book. • Daily Entry in Clockify.
• Prepare Gate Pass for machining, Bending, balancing Any outside Process, etc.
• Daily Entry in Inward Register.
• Material Consumption.
• Challan for Dispatch Material. • Stock Documentation.
• Usable Scrap Documentation.
• Attendance and Overtime Management of Workers in Book.
• Tracking Of SS Welding Feet and maintaining its Book in Of Account.
• All Machine Maintenance/Service.
• Coordinate with a welder for SS material.
• Post process after Welding such as MOC, Washing, cleaning, Static and Dynamic Balancing.
• Manufacturing Of Casing Major Shop.
• Manufacturing Of Pedestal, Base frame, Flange, Damper, Belt guard, etc.
• Ensuring all processed material, brought out, consumable.
• Production as per planning.
• Assembly of Blower.
• Preparation of blower for the run test.
• Preparation of performance test pulley section/ motor Mount/ duct Assembly etc.
• Final Finishing and Accessories installing like motor end lugs. The base frame supports the housing key attaching
flanges inlet and outlet.
• For spare impeller or shaft, make sure packing in box.
• Dispatch Coordination.
• Collect Drawing from fitter after complete and submit to Operation Manager.
WORKSHOP:-
• Timely Attendance of All Workers. • Cleaning All Machines Every day.
• All the waste is being separated into their defined Area.
• Workshop cleanness.
• All raw materials, semi-finished or scraps being stored in their respective places.
• Timely service and maintain All Machines.
• Fitter tools and checking.
• Minimum order quantity of Welding Rod.
• Monthly stock.

PROCESS: -
• Reading of Drawing and Specification list and any other Document Related to each order.
• Analyzing the Due Date for the project.
• Production Planning.
• Delivery of Drawing to designated Fitter with Sign and Date.
• Check the Availability of raw materials, bought out, and consumables for the given order.
• Bringing to notice the pending and M/BO/C to the purchaser.
• Tracking of ordered Raw Material, bought out.
• Primary labor contract works for each product, machining of Hub, Shaft, clamp pin, flangebanding,
• Coordination with the vendor to get it on time as per production planning,
• Cutting and marking of the sheet as per nesting delegation.
• Allotting the cutting material to the fitter.
• Ensuring impeller manufacturing each time.
