Roles and Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot & solve product problems proactively with logical problem solving skills in an accurate manner.
- Be the first line of contact for the business and sales team for any technical issues/questions
- Manage multiple tasks and issues simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Translate analytical insights into actionable changes or initiatives to improve the product
- Constantly monitor critical product metrics using BI tools
- Act as a product evangelist by documenting new product features and educating the business teams about the same
- Constantly learn about new methodologies in the webtech & ad tech industry, and take initiatives for new products or improvisation of existing products
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Graduate in IT background (BE/BSc IT/ CS) (Freshers can apply)
- Experience 0-2 years
- Good verbal & written communication skills should be able to interpret and present information to stakeholders of different backgrounds, from business/sales team to senior management of the organization
- Good team player and multi tasker.
- Should have the ability to learn and adapt to change.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Strong diagnostic, problem solving and investigative skills
- Knowledge in Ad Tech (Google Ad Manager, Header Bidding, Programmatic ad serving,
- AdTech Terminology) is a plus.
- Sound knowledge in database systems (SQL) should be well versed with different database tools to extract, Load and Transform data from & to multiple data sources
- Sound knowledge in Excel, Networking & Web technologies
