Duties and Responsibilities
- Co-ordination and regular follow up with 3 PL ,FC and seller support team
- Regular follow-up with 3pl and seller support team, and ensure timely system closure of each request.
- Tracking undelivered consignments and identify the reason for non delivery
- Prepare reports and timely reverts on mail
- Regular follow up with zonal and central team on appointment slots for seller returns
- Align the team towards common and shared objectives
- Good alignment in understanding and operationalizing interstate transport solutions with tax compliance.
- Should be good in MS Office especially excel
- Should be having good communication skill
