Roles and Responsibilities
Bridge the knowledge levels of associates on an ongoing basis by conducting regular process tests and coming out with the training program.
To train and develop CCEs as required by operations and inline with quality department.
Qualification:- GraduationExperience:- Generate training related MIS.
Ability to interact with clients and represent training function at an process level.
Identify Training Need, handling client escalations.
Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
