Roles and Responsibilities
Tele Calling/ Cold Calling existing databases to churn prospective buying candidates .
Gathering data from Internal & External sources and calling prospects.
Qualifying leads based on their requirement and our offerings on the basis of location, price, carpet area, amenities, possession date, availability & assigning them into buckets of Hot/ Warm/ Cold.
Consistent touch points with the customer to ensure lead nurturing with replying to basic necessary queries of prospects.
Converting qualified prospective leads into site visits.
Regular communication with sales & marketing team to stay updated on the latest pricing / offers/ new USPs at the Group level & project level.
Reporting on lead source quality feedback to marketing in real time to improve lead quality & quantity thereby creating more site visits for sales.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong communication skills, Active listening skills, Convincing skills, Co-ordination, Tech savvy with latest marketing mediums, perseverance & pro-activeness in the face of rejection, mail drafting skills.
