We are looking for FEMALE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, PR (PUBLIC RELATIONS) & COMMUNICATION MANAGER. kokoroko Media Pvt Ltd, A first-its-kind-ecosystem in India for the industry of Media & Entertainment. Based out Hyderabad.
Role & Responsibilities
- Call handling for Whatsuridea portal, MakeMyFilm (video production & video marketing company).
- Managing all Public Relation Activities, Brand Connection & communications
- Presentations Presenting for Clients
- Models, Artists & locations Coordinating and database maintaining.
- Team member of the Screening team at Whatsuridea
- Coordinating Pre-Production, Production & Post Production work
- Monitoring the shooting work & budget planning and playouts.
- Location scouting & recce and maintaining database.
- Traveling across India or outside the country for business and shoot related trips
- Preparing Daily Tasks for the team. Collection of reports & Document management
- Lead generation & closure for our Whatsuridea platform, MakeMyFilm, Goviralll, rarer & appstan wings.
- Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies
- Maintaining existing media relations and cultivating new contacts with businesses
- Organize PR events and serve as the companys spokesperson
- Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests
- Prepare and submit PR Reports
- Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing) and maintain open communication with various departments
- Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise projects to guarantee all content is publication-ready.
- Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or virtually
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
