CHANNEL ACTIVATION MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
- Create sales activation plan & implement activation plan across distribution channels in order to drive sales
- Plan events / RnR fulfilment events for both internal as well as partners.
- Build and maintain a calendar for brand/sales activation programs
- Travel frequently (Basis normalization of Pandemic) for activation programs across geographies
- Campaign Analysis & provide insights to respective stake holders
- Managing & generating activation report, publishing reports on regular basis
- Manage Vendors/event management companies/ suppliers and internal stake holders (Vendor Management team/Finance/Compliance)
- Work closely with BTL/ advertising/Event management agencies
- Have knowledge & experience on research- tNPS/rNPS
- Assist in channel activation/ event when necessary
Skills & Experiences:
- Proven in depth brand activation experience Min 5 years, experience in handling BFSI Sector, in Life Insurance sector, especially bancassurance channel management would be an added advantage
- Ability to develop relationships and successfully manage key stake holders
- Ability to quickly implement activation/ event in a very short time span
- Good communication skills
- Creative flair
- Analytical acumen, team player along with can do attitude.
Qualification
- MBA preferable with minimum 3+ yrs. of experience in Banking or Life Insurance sector
- Working knowledge of MS Office Excel /PowerPoint
