Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We have an Urgent Opening for Personal Secretary 

Responsibilities:

Screening telephone calls, email, drafting letters, replies to email, managing schedules, appointments, taking care of visitors, compiling various reports on manpower and placing it before the CEO & MD.

Preparing minutes of meeting as and when required.

Arranging Meetings and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.

Booking for traveling of MD and CEO.

Taking speedy dictations and generating fast & accurate transcription thereof. Intensive exposure to entire range of HR Functions - recruitment, joining & exit, manpower planning, drawing up career progression plans, welfare schemes, employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary matters.

Gearing the activities for developing & maintaining organizational culture, values, and reputation in its markets, customers, suppliers and global business partners.

Handling the processing of vendor payments and ensuring effective rendering of services to enable smooth flow of day to day operations; identifying scope for process enhancements for improved services.

Maintaining bills of expenses and forwarding the same to the accounts department for clearance.

Regularly browsing internet for needed information and providing feedback, updating the website as and when required.

Driving the efforts for planning, coordination and liaison with various departments.

Pro-active secretarial assistance to senior officers to facilitate their job performances.
