3-4 Relevant years of Experience: 3 Mandatory Skills for screening (Limit to top 5 and include version):

• Good Communication Skills, Open to shifts 24X7, MS Excel knowledge, HCM Application experience on Payroll and Time Management.
• Good to have (Not Mandatory): Customizations and Implementation knowledge Detailed
• Application Support and maintenance for HCM application (.net application).Application Support and maintenance for HCM application (.net application).
• Customize, test and deploy customization / changes requested by the client, through workflows, SQL scripts.
• Support and maintain data integration with Payroll and Time Management application.
• Resolve Service Requests on user Technical queries and questions on system functionality they may have.
• Test and Deploy any system updates / upgrades by the vendor of the application
• Have good communication skills and has hands on experience on Excel.
