Job Description

• Central POC for onboarding of kinaras/Vendors
• Coordinate with Hub Management Team/BD on ground in case there are errors in onboarding done by them
• Validate if all input shared by ground while onboarding is matching with what is there in dashboard
• Coordination with zonal operations team to ensure key operations metrics are met
• Coordinate with vendors/partners as and when required
• Coordination with internal teams for issue resolutions
• Prepare weekly monthly dashboard reports for management review
• Sending customer metrics daily reports viz.  CSAT, UDBAD, escalations etc
• Sync with multiple teams to close on material/cash pendency
• Coordinate with multiple team to close for vendor payment on time
• Coordination with low performing Hubs on Scale front and ensuring AOP Targets are met
