Job Responsibilities:
Exceptional Listening and Analytical Skills.
Candidate should have performed exceptionally well in last 6 months, with an average quality score
of80% + and achieved 90% of revenue / upsell target for the last 6 months.
Should be a good Team Player
Should have Experience and Excellent Knowledge in working on CRM, dialer, Microsoft Excel, Word &
PowerPoint
Should be a Quick Learner.
Should have Good Communication Skills Both Written & Oral.
Should be able to adapt and adjust to different and challenging working conditions.
