Job Description

  • Providing excellent customer service to our customers and Sales team;
  • Accurate entry of orders, returns and other data into ERP system;
  • Providing returns order status information to customers;
  • Communicating order changes in a timely and professional manner;
  • Providing basic technical product information
  • Supporting customer service related requests
  • Following established processes and procedures for order processing
  • Support more experienced team members with daily tasks

Basic Requirements

  • Excellent Business English and communication skills
  • Ability to work on early shift
  • Self-motivated, with an aptitude for customer satisfaction
  • Detail oriented, organized and a strong multi-tasker
  • Ability to work well under pressure
