Description
We are hiring for the role of "Relationship Officer/Manager". Interested candidates can send in their updated resume for the rounds of discussion.
Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned) -
- Work on assigned leads and generate referrals from every visit made to customers.
- Offer best in class sales experience while onboarding customers
- Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization month-on-month basis.
- Cross-sell and up-sell Exide Life Insurance products based on the life cycle needs of the customers and as defined by the organization.
- Meeting the customers to solicit insurance products based on appointments in the course of daily activities
- Ensure that reports are maintained/updated regularly on Lead Management System
- Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done and provide insurance solutions based on analysis
- Strict adherence to organizations' policies and processes.
- Provide accurate forecasts, updates, and requested reports to the manager.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position) -
- 6 months to 2 years of work experience in sales & Insurance sales.
- Should be a Graduate (ANY discipline).
- Demonstrate competence in target marketing to specific prospects
- Good influencing and negotiation skills.
- Should be mobile-savvy and must carry an android phone
- 2 Wheeler is a must
