IMMAST has contributed globally towards the skill enhancement of medical professionals by training participants from more than 30+ countries. IMMAST offers a variety of Medical & Minimal Access Surgery (MAS) training courses for medical/surgical postgraduates and practicing doctors/surgeons. It offers a plethora of education courses, spanning 20+ surgical super-specialties with 60+ courses.

Job Summary:

Admin Coordinator will be overall responsible for front office management and providing administrative support. S/He will assist and coordinate for activities related to smooth and quality delivery of IMMAST Educational activities. This includes coordination with the internal teams and external partners/vendors. S/He will provide all the documentation and data entry support required for preparing and maintaining various records for IMMAST Educational activities.

Areas Of Responsibility :

Assisting in the below functions:

  • Front Office Management & Guest Hospitality:
  • Handling Front desk to ensure utmost hospitality of faculty, participants, and guests
  • Managing communication, correspondence and coordination with faculty, participants as well as guests
  • Course Management:
  • Faculty management with the Travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Facilitating Pre-course, during course, and post-course arrangements for the Participants
  • Prepare and maintain course-related data, documentation, and periodic reports
  • Facility Management:
  • Handle & maintain Inventory related to Stationary and Housekeeping
  • Handle/Assist in Facility Management Activities including pantry, library etc,as may be assigned
  • Admin functions & Operations:
  • Assist in the seamless facility management as assigned
  • Responsible for execution of admin tasks including travel arrangements, as assigned
  • Record maintenance:
  • Assisting in the preparation and processing of invoices/documents
  • Maintaining data, records & preparing reports
  • Any other task as may be assigned by the IMMAST Management team
  • Ensuring Compliance with Quality standards and Finance protocols
