Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for graduates with Tech background who enjoy teaching or believe they would enjoy it if given a chance. The role would involve taking 1:1 Live coding classes for K12 students from different parts of the world.

The content, projects and curriculum are provided by Captain Coder (Formerly known as Coding Ninjas junior). You would be expected to follow the broad framework and conduct the live classes for the students. This role offers you to work from the comfort of your home with flexible working hours.

Skills Required -

1. Should be empathetic and passionate about teaching young students
2. Good communication skills and fluency in English (You would be required to teach kids from different countries)
3. Neutral Accent, No Grammatical errors
4. Good command on the academic content of K12 grades
5. Prior teaching experience is an advantage

Responsibilities -

• Conduct the live online classes as per the given pedagogy and curriculum
• Make the class engaging, interactive and personalized as per the student learning process
• Take demo classes of students who are interested in joining the course

Requisites

• Need to be available anytime between the specific period to conduct the classes. Time bracket: 9 pm to 9 am.
• Minimum Time period commitment - 7 months
• Should have a working laptop with Webcam and Microphone
• Should have a High Internet Speed to conduct the online live class
• Minimum 200 hours per month (~ 8 hours per day availability)

Education

• Education B.Tech, BCA, BSc IT, M.Tech, MCA, MSc IT preferred
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Payout structure:

Payout consists of 2 parts; fixed and variable.
Fixed amount:

• INR 25,000 Minimum payout (provided 200 slots are made available in the calendar month)

Variable amount depends on:

• No. of lectures and demos/trial classes taken
• No. of courses purchased by parents from the demos taken by you

An average payout varies between 34k to 70k for the month based on the number of students enrolled under you and classes conducted by you. It can go up or down based on your performance.

Selection Process:

Post application submission

• Step 1: Telephonic screening
• Step 2: Video Submission Round
• Step 3: Demo / Interview Round ( Based on the feedback shared for video submission)

Note:- After successful completion of Training, candidates will be onboarded as Instructors”
