The fractal Onboarding team is looking for an MIS expert preferably for an Onboarding/HR background.

The person will also get the opportunity to manage to onboarding for the APAC region along with MIS.

The position will be initially for 6 months contract (extendable)

Roles and Responsibilities

• The incumbent would be responsible for MIS, data analytics business presentations.
• Responsible to generate, maintain, consolidate, and track various reports.
• Prepare Ad hoc reports based on the requirements from the stakeholders.
• Consolidate, sort, organize and summarize data using basic mathematical operations.
• Analyze data and reports from various sources and provide actionable insights and suggestions.
• Identify the opportunities of automating the reports, snapshots, and dashboards using advanced formulae, Macros, VB, and other techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent advanced excel skills
• Hands-on experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Ppt, etc)
• Should have excellent computer operating and typing skills
• Knowledge of google sheets, macros will be a plus
• (Familiarity with VBA and BI platforms like Tableau, Power BI, etc. is a plus)
• Added advantage if the person has working experience on office 365 app (Excel, Word, Sharepoint, Sway, etc.)
