Job Description

COMMON JOB RESPONSIBILITIES FOR BOTH AGHPL & AMSL

1. To keep track of outstanding payments through Sales personnel and channel partner and update the same in online system.

2. To fill the Daily Activity Report (DAR) of sales personnel in E-sales system/CRM.

3. To send a list of machines to be dispatched in the coming week on every Thursday.

4. To check the order booking documents with the checklist in all respects before sending it to H.O.

5. To fill the order calculation sheet on receipt of order and send it to H.O. along with the order.

6. To register sales enquiries of free lancers/ service engineers in E-SALES Package/CRM.

7. To update remarks of pending orders in ERP package on monthly basis.

8. To download quotations and provide them to sales personnel or channel partners as required.

9. All correspondence with customer/ H.O regarding sales related issues.

10. Issuance of sale bill against the machines/ material sold from branches. (wherever applicable)

11. To maintain the imprest ledger of all sales personnel.

12. To send all the expense statements of all sales personnel after getting them duly approved by branch sales head.

13. To deposit cheques / cash in the correct bank account.

14. To punch the requests for demo machines in E-sales package for AGHPL products, follow up the same from H.O. and update the status of the same after receiving the physical machine at branch.

15. To send the report of updated demo stock of AGHPL product on global.logistics@allengers.net with a copy to global.sales@allengers.net between 27th to 30th of every month.

16. To send the monthly report of branch and channel partners to H.O. on due dates.

17. To update the MPTR of channel partner on monthly basis.  

18. To coordinate HR Related activities like attendance, recruitment and appraisals.

19. To take care of all reception jobs.

20. Any Critical Incident happens in office or Branch /Area should be intimated to HO in HR Department.

21. To send back the duly acknowledge circular received from H.O.

22. To maintain all branch expenses records and to send cash payment vouchers to H.O. on monthly basis.

23. To perform the duties of service coordinator also, in the absence of the same.

Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
