Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for account maintenance, e-Service, Customer issue resolution and service delivery support to Business Services.
Resolving issues regarding the provisioning, installation and billing of the customers mobility program, ensuring that service outages are quickly resolved.
Customers are informed and educated on issues affecting their service.
Salary - 10k Take Home.
Shift Timings : 7:30 to 5:30.
