Description
Responsibilities
1. Need to look for hardware, software, and environmental alerts or malfunctions. When an issue is identified, NOC Engineers work to determine the cause of the problem.
2. Follow SOP's of NOC engineer and coordinating with third-party vendors, customer contacts, or other IT teams.
3. Knowledge of SQL, UNIX and NTTP .
4. Proactive towards incident management, problem management, change management and release management.
