Job Description

4.3.4.1 Daily monitoring of Firewalls, UTMs, Sandbox, end-user EMS logs, Network switched logs, Wi-Fi controller, Access points, VPN Logs, Security logs, Antivirus logs & update report accordingly.

4.3.4.2 Maintain an updated inventory and assets list of TPL IT Network Infrastructure.

4.3.4.3 Maintain an updated document for LAN and WAN network diagrams with relevant details for all TPL Locations.

4.3.4.4 Installation, Configuration, management, and up-gradation /degradation of network setup.

4.3.4.5 Engineer will perform an action for vulnerability or any other action suggested by the security advisory board.

4.3.4.6 Troubleshooting & resolution of the aforementioned problems through the identification of LAN faults.

4.3.4.7 Problem escalation to concerned vendors in case unresolved due to the unavailability of respective Domain expertise.

4.3.4.8 Provide backup and recovery of Network Service data and configuration information, according to agreed Torrent policy.

4.3.4.9 Performance management will be responsible for monitoring and configuring changes in the network to ensure the best possible application performance for the end-users.

4.3.4.10 Enable Quality of Service and other methodologies to record, analyze, and provide proactive feedback on the health of the network.

4.3.4.11 Provide comprehensive and up-to-date documentation and inventories of the Services procedures, components, and configuration to ensure that maintenance and continuity of the Service are achievable in a timely manner. TPL RFP for IT - Infrastructure Management Services - 2019.

4.3.4.12 Monitor Routers & Interface statistics for up / down status along with router CPU Utilization & log monitoring.4.3.4.13 Study CPU usage, memory usage & recommend an upgrade or perform fine-tuning if required.

4.3.4.14 Ensure appropriate documentation is generated and maintained for all network devices.

4.3.4.15 Network administration activities such as configuring switches/routers etc.

4.3.4.16 Up-gradation of IOS to be carried out with the help of Hardware (Router) vendors.

4.3.4.17 Follow and adhere to Torrent's IP policy and configure the networking devices accordingly.

4.3.4.18 Engineer will perform the daily monitoring of the Data Centers' physical infrastructure monitoring and submit a report to TPL IT.
