Role Summary:
Get trained in the CRISIL way of doing things with independence and analytical rigor.
Develop a habit of tracking the Business environment such as economic developments and company performance global and domestic, trends in government policy, corporate governance etc.
Co-ordinate with the bid response team and help draft answers to incoming Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) / Request for Information (RFI)/ Request for Proposal (RFP)
Showcase excellent communication skills:
- Share regular work updates over client calls
- Ask relevant questions, flag challenges and respond to client queries
Understand and follow all necessary standard processes and perform quality governance checks from time to time.
Typical projects will take couple of hours to few days or maybe a week to complete and will involve devising responses leveraging existing bid management libraries.
Also, conduct business research as and when the need arises to support clients and share the workload with internal teams.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborate and successfully partner with cross-functional teams to draft responses to PQQs/ RFIs/ RFPs
- Depict strong communication skills while conversing with key client stakeholders and their team members
- Illustrate strong process orientation in order to answer questions while responding to PQQs/ RFIs/ RFPs
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of MS SharePoint information architecture, keyword tagging, etc. to maintain and update document libraries
- Ability to learn mapping tools and related databases
- Slice and dice data to assist clients and/or other research delivery team members in articulating and refining research requests and projects
- Collecting key business metrics and conducting financial analysis
- Look to become fluent in creation of structured end-products (spreadsheets, reports, presentations, dashboards, etc.)
- Present work updates for managerial review and internal peer review discussions
General Qualification:
- Graduate in Technology/Business Administration OR Post Graduate in Management/Business Administration
- For Research Analyst, 1-3 years experience in a similar role
- To perform this role successfully, an individual must be a quick learner, should be able to grasp things on the fly and have excellent communication (verbal and written) and superior collaboration (teamwork) skills along with good process-orientation.
- Should be able to retrieve and synthesize information from diverse sources (bid libraries, business case studies etc.) and draft responses to PQQs/ RFIs/ RFPs
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests from various team members
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet challenging deadlines
