Description
Serve as our Customer Master Data internal expert
Creates and maintains master data templates that will be used to gather and load data to Oracle EBS
Collaborates in developing best in class processes
Collaborates on transactional data templates, data gathering, and data conversion to Oracle EBS.
Supports project execution through tracking tasks, completing required reports, updating project status, and escalating issues in regards to master data management and data conversions.
Utilize business analysis, data mapping and data validation to assist in the development of coding specifications
Collaborates in the execution of testing for assigned deliverables; identify and document test defects, document quality issues and communicate defects to assure resolution
Development of procedures, training materials, and delivery of formal training for each new site brought on-line with the solution.
Translate business objectives into requirements and functional specifications, supporting document creation and automation efforts.
Collaborates between internal functional partners, offshore resources , internal and other 3rd parties.
Partner with IT/Vendor resources to review specifications and coordinate approvals.
Document Customer Master Data business processes, work-flows and requirements as they relate to the problems being solved by the initiative
Analyze data extracts and complete data mapping.
Manage defect resolution throughout the system development life cycle.
Effectively leads change, working with key stakeholders including management and end users to ensure involvement, participation, and encouragement of others ideas and contributions for effective teamwork and project completion.
Participates and provides full and complete regression testing of the Customer Master Data and transactional data. In addition, tests and prepares new functionality as made available or as business requirements indicate.
Provides support to end users for Master Data Management and transactional data. For Oracle bugs this will include working with Oracle support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in information technology field or other relevant discipline, or equivalent knowledge and expertise gained through combination of experience and education.
- Eight or more years experience in working on manufacturing/IT projects, including experience with Oracle EBS order to cash, procure to pay, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance.
