Major Job responsibilities:

• Manage KOL engagement to understand current clinical practices, obtain medical guidance and maintain up-to-date knowledge in respective therapy areas
• Drive compliance adherence across all medical activities to align the business to latest norms
• Identify and evaluate new products and innovations to build a strong pipeline for the therapy area

  Provide inputs into processes, ensure team is regularly trained on SOPs

• Plan and develop promotional and training strategies along with marketing team, for assigned therapies.
