Key Responsibilities: Manager - Category Marketing - Grocery
- Demand planning - Preparation, execution and delivery of demand plan for each city.
- Metrics - Strong handle on conversion, traffic, AOV, orders and GMV for each city.
- Form a view, innovate & iterate on various constructs related to the business model
- Work closely with cross-functional teams within Supermart to deliver month numbers.
- Strong business ownership & value creation - enjoys delivering results & coming up with incremental growth levers for the category
Requirements of the role:
B.Tech or MBA from Tier 1 college
Experience in Business/Operations role for approx 2+ years
Skills you should have :
1. Ability to analyse data, interest in quick experimentation & closing the loop
2. Strong with Problem solving. Good analytical skills for assessment of different aspects of problem statements.
3. High ownership,proactive, self-starter & highly motivated
4. Program management skills, interpersonal communication, ability to work with multiple cross functional teams
Skills Required : Data Analytics, Stakeholder management
Desirable Skills: Prior e commerce experience is a good to have
