Role: Management Trainee - HR

Location: Gurgaon

Type: Full Time

Shift Timings: 2 PM - 11 PM

Job Responsibilities

The work that you'll be doing will be highly cross functional and completed in close partnership with various teams and stakeholders within the People Team and broader business.

What you are expected to do :

  • As an HR trainee, you will have to provide assistance to our HR department in day to day operations.
  • You will assist the HR Department in various tasks including recruitment, selection, orientation, employee relations and employee training and development.
  • You will assist in organizing and planning our HR approaches, policies, and procedures.
  • Be curious and find creative ways to help the HR community run simpler.
  • Provide general thought partnership on initiatives aimed at improving culture and team effectiveness.

Requirements :

  • Any graduate or post graduate degree. (MBA Preferred)
  • 3-4 months of internship experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong conceptual knowledge of HR concepts - Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Process/ Policies, HR Operations.
  • Ability to work autonomously and have excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Bright, self-directed and relentlessly curious. You love teaching yourself new things.
  • The ability to stay steadfast in a fast-paced environment.
