We are looking for Freshers for the Compensation & benefit team.
Location- Seawoods (Navi Mumbai)
Experience - Fresher-1 Years of experience
Notice- Immediate
Qualification:
- MBA in HR from tier 2/3 college (Bcom or BSc in statistics will have added advantage)/duel MBA in HR and Finance
- Min 6 months internship experience in comp and ben or payroll will have added advantage.
Please find the requirements as below:
- To assist in handling end to end ESOP process.
- To assist in defining new compensation strategies and implementing the same.
- To assist in formulating various policies for the organization.
- To help in formulation sales Incentive plan
- To assist in administrating annual appraisal and increment cycle
- Partnering with the HR business Partner / Location HR to assist them with all rewards related queries

- Good in Excel and Power Point
