Description
The GTCHE (Graphics Throughput Computing HW Engineering) Group within Intel Architecture Group is seeking a Pre-Si Valid/Verification Engineer under the Intel Contract Employee (ICE) model, with a contract limited in time/project duration. An pre-silicon functional validation Engineer owns one or more architectural functional blocks to perform all verification related tasks to verify system will meet design requirements. Job role includes but not limited to - Creating test plans for RTL validation - Defining and running system simulation, emulation, and FPGA models - Finding and implementing corrective measures for failing RTL tests - Analyzes and uses results to modify testing to ensure highest quality of Intel hardware/software products - Ensure validation coverage using functional coverage
Qualifications
Qualifications: - Candidate must have Master 's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other science/engineering related field - At least 1-2 Years of experience with Master in Electrical/Systems Engineering or related field - Experience in VLSI logic design and verification using languages like System Verilog language - Knowledge on Computer Architecture, digital design and SoC system knowledge - Entry level knowledge of simulation tools such as VCS/Verdi - Knowledge in some scripting language (Perl / Python) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
