Job Description

• Graduate, preferably in commerce and related streams
• Preferred experience of 2-4 years in banking, asset products sales or collection
• Knowledge of local language and area with good communication skills local hire
• Managing and supporting the effective sale and distribution of personal loans in the assigned geography.
• Execute in conjunction with product team local marketing activities for increasing the amount of leads.
• Ensure good relationship is maintained at the branch level for conversion of the leads.
• Excellent Selling and Persuasion skills with confidence to engage customers
• Demonstrates customer focus by seeking out, understanding, and responding to the needs.
• Establishes priorities that address the details and timelines needed to achieve the intended results
• Ability to handle pressure and stress appropriately
• Monitor installment payments and collections of his/her customers
• Enhancement of relationship with the existing customers by cross-selling Ujjivans products as per the profile & need of the customers
