Description
PURPOSE OF ROLE
Create a robust customer base to drive volume and value growth for the entire meat range in the assigned territory.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Drive volume and value growth
- Plan and deliver monthly sales targets.
- Develop market intelligence to identify and understand competition and report activities.
- Provide feedback on the business building opportunities/issues.
- Customer acquisition and retention
- Identify and acquire retail customers in the defined geographies.
- Manage customer retention, wallet share and credit within agreed timelines.
- Monitor and help in improving overall customer experience .
- Aid ASM in planning for sales and pricing for the city
- Identify and share key product gaps to build superior portfolio.
- Share competition pricing and help ASM arrive at the right price.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and Code of Business Conduct
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years and above experience in FMCG / Horeca / Modern Trade sales (Experience in Meat Category is preferred).
- Working knowledge of MS Office; Retail ordering app.
- Proficient in English and local language of the base city. Any other language will be a plus.
