Plant Quality role -

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for in process quality control (IPQC) / Raw material receiving as per SOP and specification
• Reduction of customer complaints and product quality improvement
• Need to ensure all the Programs, GMPs, SOPs, sSOPs, PRPs related to Quality and production are followed as per the procedure
• Training wrt. Food safety, quality, Spec, SOPs and overall FSMS - To drive the - Quality Awareness culture & systems across the operations team.
• Supervise personal hygiene pre operation start up audit & inspection as per standard.
• Ensure all Documentation and record keeping as per the requirement.
• Verification and validation of new products/ Equipment / New process & techniques
