Job Description

A Glossary Administrator is responsible for leading the Glossary Admins and guide them in proper naming to the Fact Types and approving them which is used to model the business logic. This individual needs to make sure the GAs adhere to the checklist before approving any Fact Type, understand the business logic to contribute towards the terminologies and how they are used in the models, understand and map the code(s) in Model Mapping which will be integrated by the Decision Engine team and also provide details from Allstate Data Guide where we can find the details of the Allstate Enterprise code(s) which would be used in the models. This person will also be the point of contact for Underwriting Glossary Administrator and any escalations related to fact types.
Job Responsibilities
• Plans, implements, manages, sponsors and/or contributes on Product Operations Decision Modeling priorities using accepted project management standards
• Forecasts short-term and long-term modeling deliverables through work with IS&O and Underwriting Leadership.
• Communicates and presents project information as needed to inform and escalate to leadership.
• Ensures roject controls are in place throughout the lifecycle of the project to ensure quality in a high volume environment.
• Assists in determining where additional resources/ expertise may be necessary to successfully complete projects/ assignments
• Adheres to internal and external compliance requirements/standards
• Functions as a liaison between business unit and systems or other areas of responsibility as required based on the projects they are assigned to.
• Serves as a subject matter expert for Decision Modeling from an internal perspective
• Establish and evaluate procedures and processes regularly and revisit them timely to look out for improvements.
• Develops communication strategies and materials to support new plans, programs, processes, products.
• Solicits inputs from key stakeholders, Glossary Admins from other teams to understand the diversity of any issue and solutioning them in a holistic manner.

Primary Skills

Good to have: Sapiens Decision Manager, Decision Modeling & Business Analysis However we are open to train. Employees from ATSV, ATSC or Operations or freshers are also open to be considered for this position.
