Your day-to-day (as a Lead Demand Generation Specialist), you ll be:

  • Using an integrated approach, you ll craft a holistic plan that supports GTM initiatives and full-funnel results. You ll be data-driven and execute short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to drive leads and the global sales pipeline
  • Develop customer personas and knowing their buying preferences
  • Analyse and report on the impact of lead generation and nurturing campaigns on sales pipeline
  • Ability to manage a set list of campaigns from pre-sales to post sale that includes: requesting and receiving campaign launch materials from internal clients, performing QA tasks of assets, creating landing pages, ensuring proper targeting, and executing against custom rules and templates
  • Lead A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
  • Address challenging situations and tight deadlines effortlessly. Finding solutions and maintaining a positive relationship with all internal teams is key.
  • Interact directly with our global sales teams, sales enablement and client solutions teams
  • Work with Supervisor to help maintain reporting verification across all campaigns, ensuring they re running and tracking accurately
  • Ensure campaign is properly implemented and delivering via QA tasks including: 3rd party reporting verification/validation, auditing of targeting for both national and international campaigns, and review other delivery reports
  • Demonstrate the flexibility necessary to adjust to changing/additional duties as the needs of our clients and our operations change.
  • Additional responsibilities may be delegated in order to assist meeting our goals and mission
  • Solicit feedback from our CS team and BDRs to monitor current campaigns and facilitate optimizations as needed.

What does it take to do this job

  • 4+ years of experience, preferably demand or lead generation for a SaaS company
  • Prior experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Pardot, Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with conversational marketing tools like Drift
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and navigate complex situations
  • Thrive working in a fast-paced, energetic environment
  • Sense of ownership and desire to lean in
  • Extreme level attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable with Excel
  • Ability to quickly pick up new platforms/software
