Job Description

• Ensure allocated Hub opening and closing is done as per operational standards and requirements.
• Supervise the sorters who receive the shipments.
• Planning as per available resources and allocating shipment for bikes and van deliveries.
• Ensure all team members are trained and are aware of operational standards.
• Sorting shipment as per defined routes.
• Create pick up sheet and assign daily work to WMs.
• Preapre and share day end report.
• Responsible of cash accounting and reconciliation with ERP.
• Participating in delivering the shipment.
• Take ownership of the team assigned to him in terms of motivation, control attrition, handle grievance.

Other Requirements :

Location - Chennai

Experience - 7 years to 9 years 

Bachelor of Master degree is preferred
