Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Interact with end-users to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
- Gather information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the Cause for the issue.
- Tracks each issue to closure and monitors / collates the type of issues occurring frequently.
- Works with the relevant team to resolve or automate frequent concerns.
Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate BCA, B.Sc., MCA, M.Sc.
Preferred Experience (Minimum & Maximum):
0-2 Yrs
CTC: 2.35 LPA ( 15 thousand take home)
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both (written and verbal communication).
- Should be fluent in English, Hindi, and 2 South Indian languages.
- Decent SQL skills.
