Role Responsibilities:

The purpose of this role is to coordinate trainings with vendors, organize trainings within the organization, create and maintain LD metrics, and perform all other LD functions. The candidate would also create and design engaging and interactive learning programmes which address specific business needs. These programmes will leverage technology-enabled learning and the principles of social and collaborative environments (70:20:10) for a client facing workforce.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

  • Coordinate various LD activities including tracking, follow up, reporting and organizing training sessions
  • Create dashboards and handle complex metrics using Excel
  • Design and develop creative, high quality training content according to specifications within an allocated timeframe and budget, using the most appropriate design and development principles
  • Create blended learning programmes, including design documents, storyboards or scripts
  • Design learning content to agreed, consistent processes and methodologies
  • Provide input when refreshing existing learning programmes for technology-enabled learning
  • Review/edit existing content in light of post-course evaluation, making recommendations to change specific activities so that the required learning outcomes and objectives are achieved
  • Support the team in enforcing protocols for knowledge and training repository

Qualifications

  • Understand the full life cycle of learning programs
  • Experience in performing all LD functions for a large team
  • Experience in creating cintent/learning materials
  • Experience of working with stakeholders and a sound understanding of the stakeholder management process
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work in order to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with others collaboratively
  • Ability to take on responsibilities and being accountable for all deliverables
  • Ability to evaluate business impacts of learning
