Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Finance Executive to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of financial processes, strong numerical skills, and the ability to handle day-to-day accounting tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in maintaining financial records, invoices, and ledgers
2. Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
3. Perform data entry for financial transactions
4. Assist in bank reconciliations and expense tracking
5. Prepare basic financial reports and MIS reports
6. Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings
7. Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment follow-ups
8. Maintain proper documentation of financial records
9. Assist senior finance team in audits and financial planning
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com preferred)
2. 0–2 years of experience in finance/accounting roles
3. Basic knowledge of accounting principles
4. Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books)
5. Good analytical and numerical skills
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
7.Good communication and organizational skills
