Roles & Responsibilities
• knowledge on Windows 10 OS
• Good in Remote support and troubleshooting
• Good in hardware troubleshooting
• Familiar will all type of software installation and support user in case app/software required to install.
• Sound knowledge on windows commands and network trouble shooting on Laptop/ desktops.
• Windows XP/7/8/10 & Hardware knowledge on Desktops, laptops
• Expert on Printers at Hardware level
• L1 level Printer Hardware knowledge to Open all type of Laser Printers
• DMP Printers along with OS Level knowledge
• Application Handling etc.
Qualification: graduation
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Salary (CTC) - 15 to 16 CTC
