Roles and Responsibilities ;
Manage the sale of assigned territory and achieve monthly & yearly target. Joint work with MRs to train & guide them on doctor conversion, communication with customers, strategy execution, chemist survey, stockiest handling, brands promotion etc. Selection of good candidate (Interview of MR). Handling of KOL, KBL doctors. Conducting CMEs, Campaigns and Conferences
Desired Candidate Profile
Team handling capability, Analytical skills, Problem solver and Commercial knowledge.
Prior experience of working in territory is mandatory.
