Openings at Sitel Mumbai for Work From Office for Mutual Fund Outbound sales (VRM) process - Day shift (Timing 8am To 8pm any 9 hours window shift)
Qualification- Commerce graduate Mandatory.
Commerce Graduate Freshers with Good English communication Skills can apply!!
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Good English communication.
2. Bcom, BAF, BBI, and commerce graduation.
3. Good English communication required.
4. Min 6 +months Exp. in Banking & Financial sector .(Credit card sales, Equity or debt markets and Mutual funds )
5. Experience and good knowledge on Financial products.
6. NISM Certification Provided/ Candidate with NISM Certification will be preferred but not necessary.
Roles and Responsibilities
Customer service + sales.
Deal with mutual funds clients.
Solve their queries.
Pitch about Mutual Funds.
Key Skills
Communication in English ,
Banking and Mutual Funds, Equity market Knowledge.
